Sharon Oranekwu is an inspirational keynote speaker, author, board member, and widely recognised as "The Ultimate Problem Solver". She combines strategic thinking with a strong commitment to social impact, with a career rooted in compliance, sustainability and ESG consulting. She has led major projects for organisations including Barclays, UK Power Networks, and Cascade, working within global frameworks such as CSRD, SFDR, IFRS/SASB, and TCFD.
Currently, Sharon is Co-Founder of Emboldened, a tech platform designed to support neurodivergent users experiencing reading and screen fatigue. Her work bridges practical strategy with ethical leadership and a focus on inclusive innovation.
She is also the founder of Corp N’ Femme and has built an online community where she advises and teaches nearly 100,000 women globally in sustainable leadership, communication, executive presence, negotiation, and career growth. In addition, she serves as a Non-Executive Director for the Fizi Community, helping embed ESG principles into education initiatives for refugee children in Kenya.
